- 1 16oz Pack of Mrs. Miller’s Medium Egg Noodles
- 1 LB Ground Beef
- 1 Small Onion, diced
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
- 2 C Tomato Juice or 1 Can Tomato Soup
- 2 C Frozen Peas
- ¾ LB Velveeta Cheese, sliced
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Cook Mrs. Miller’s Noodles according to package instructions. Drain and return to pot.
- Brown Ground Beef with the diced Onion in a skillet.
- Add the Soups, and Peas to the warm Noodles.
- Add the Tomato Juice to the Ground Beef and Onion mixture.
- Using a 9 x 13″ casserole dish, layer the Noodle mixture, then Ground Beef mixture, and repeat.
- Place the Cheese on top covering the casserole.
- Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes and serve hot.
