Sloppy Joe Biscuits

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 Cup Mrs. Miller’s Sweet Hickory BBQ Sauce
  • 1lb Ground Beef
  • 1/4 Cup Onion, diced
  • 1/4 Cup Green Pepper, diced
  • 1/4 Cup Celery, dices
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
  • Refrigerated Biscuit Dough, such as Pillsbury
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté Ground Beef and all Vegetables until Beef is cooked through. Drain grease.
  2. Add Mrs. Miller’s BBQ Sauce and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Using a muffin pan, press Biscuit Dough into greased muffin cups being sure to cover the bottom and sides.
  4. Fill each cup with Sloppy Joe mixture and bake for 9-11 minutes. Top each cup with Shredded Sharp Cheddar and bake until cheese is melted.
