For the Roux:
- 2 TBS Unsalted Butter
- 2 TBS Unbleached Flour
- 3/4 Cup Milk
For the Dip:
- 2 Cups Velveeta Cheese, cubed small
- 3 Heaping Tablespoons of Mrs. Miller’s Mild Mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt Unsalted Butter in a medium pot, then add Flour and whisk vigorously until a paste forms. Add Milk and continue to whisk until the Roux thickens.
- Add Velveeta, or other melting cheese, Mrs. Miller’s Mild Mustard, Salt and Pepper, and whisk until all the cheese is melted and smooth.
