Easy Bolognese

- 1 Cup Carrots, grated
- 1 Cup Celery, minced
- 1 Cup Onions, fine minced
- 1 lb 80/20 Ground Beef
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 Jar Mrs. Miller’s Chunky Italian Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
- 2 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- 1 Bag Mrs. Miller’s Wide or Extra Wide Noodles
- Fresh Parmesan Reggiano, grated
Instructions
- Boil Mrs. Miller’s Noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large saucepan sauté the first three ingredients in the Olive Oil until just tender. Add the ground Beef and Pork and cook until browned, breaking up the meat it cooks.
- Add Mrs. Miller’s Chunky Italian Sauce to the mixture and simmer for 30 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Once the sauce has reached your desired consistency, add in your preferred amount of Heavy Cream.
- Toss Mrs. Miller’s Wide or Extra Wide Noodles in the sauce and serve piping hot with fresh grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese.
