- 1 Bag Mrs. Miller’s Pot Pie Squares, cooked.
- 2 Pints Local Cherry or Grape Tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1 Package Pearl Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 Bunch Fresh Basil, chiffonade
- 1/4 Cup or More Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/8 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients in a big bowl and coat well with the dressing
Notes
We recommend making this salad a day ahead and letting it chill in the fridge so the noodles really soak up the dressing – add more just before serving if you feel it’s too dry. And if you’re feeling really exploratory, try heating this in a sauté pan and giving it a toss.
