These Sloppy Joe Biscuits are perfect for your summer holiday celebrations! A little less sloppy than the traditional recipe and they’re grab ‘n go ready. You may still want to bring some napkins – they are still Sloppy Joe’s, after all.

Sloppy Joe Biscuits
- Total Time: 55 minutes

- 1/2 Cup Mrs. Miller’s Sweet Hickory BBQ Sauce
- 1lb Ground Beef
- 1/4 Cup Onion, diced
- 1/4 Cup Green Pepper, diced
- 1/4 Cup Celery, dices
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- Refrigerated Biscuit Dough, such as Pillsbury
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sauté Ground Beef and all Vegetables until Beef is cooked through. Drain grease.
- Add Mrs. Miller’s BBQ Sauce and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Using a muffin pan, press Biscuit Dough into greased muffin cups being sure to cover the bottom and sides.
- Fill each cup with Sloppy Joe mixture and bake for 9-11 minutes. Top each cup with Shredded Sharp Cheddar and bake until cheese is melted.
