Amish Wedding Noodles
- Total Time: 30 minutes

For the Noodles:
- 1 16oz pack of Mrs. Miller’s Old Fashioned Medium Egg Noodles
- 48oz Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Water
- Salt to taste
For the Sauce:
- 3/4 TBSP Mrs. Miller’s Chicken Flavored Soup Base
- 10oz Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
- 6 TBSP Unsalted Butter
- 8oz Melting Cheese (such as Velveeta)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring Chicken Broth, Water, and Salt to a boil. Once boiling, add Mrs. Miller’s Medium Egg Noodles and boil slowly for 12-15 minutes, or until tender.
- Reduce the heat slightly. Add the butter, Mrs. Miller’s Chicken Flavored Soup Base, cream of mushroom soup, melting cheese, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover tightly and let it set for 15-20 minutes before serving. Stir again just before serving.
